Fogel's Ethics Line is available to customers, suppliers, contractors, shareholders, and other stakeholders to promote compliance with our ethical standards and to prevent potential cases of fraud, misconduct, and irregular situations.
Make a Report
If you are aware of events or potential situations involving fraud, misconduct, corruption, or any other irregular activity, we invite you to make a report by filling out the following complaint form. Fogel's Ethics Line has been established to ensure the confidentiality of the information provided and to protect the identity of the person submitting the report.
Reports that can be made through this ethics line include: improper use or misappropriation of company assets, deliberate actions against ethical values and principles, violations of rules, policies, or procedures, unreliable financial information, unauthorized disclosure of privileged or confidential information, theft, brivery, and any other actions considered contrary to regulations or wrong-doing.
