As part of our commitment to continuously improve our products and services, we have implemented an online database that includes after-sales information of our products, such as warranty status and user manuals, which is now available through our website. 

As of August 2022, all our Fogel units come with a QR code found on each serial label, which directs the user to our online database and provides access to important information such as the available warranty coverage and the user manual for the specific unit that is scanned. This will allow to always have the most up-to-date information available for our customers, as well as to further reduce our environmental impact by avoiding printing around 160K user manuals annually, equivalent to +7,400 Kg of CO₂ that would have been released to the environment each year.

All information can also be accessed manually through our website www.fogel-group.com, by typing the serial number in the support section.
